KLOZMODE (Valerie Fowler -- wardrobe stylist) must be contacted by phone for a booking at least one week before the start date of a project, production or live performance.

Once you have booked KLOZMODE for services, KLOZMODE must be notified by phone at least five days before the start date of a scheduled project, production or live performance with the following information:

• Pay Rate
• Call time (start & finish)
• Day(s) & calendar date(s)
• Duration (how many hours, days, weeks, etc...).
• Complete address with zip code of location(s) & the exact city/town, state or country
• Number of women requiring wardrobe styling
• Number of men requiring wardrobe styling
• Number of children requiring wardrobe styling
• A minimum of 3 point of contact cell numbers
  

Per Diem (when food service is not provided): $25.00 per day for full day project, production or live perfomance.

Parking Fees (lot / garage / metered / valet) will be added to the invoice or to your final bill.
You may also arrange in advance to supply a “free parking” voucher.

Upon Arrival & Departure of Wardrobe Stylist:
If parking is more than one ½ block from the wardrobe styling area please provide at least one assistant to accompany the wardrobe stylist from her vehicle to the wardrobe styling area & also back to her vehicle from the wardrobe styling area.

I know your time is valuable so let a savvy fashion consultant and personfal shopper assist you with updating your wardrobe to enhance your image.   I’ll work with your lifestyle, budget & preferences to boost your business attire & also select, coordinate & accessorize outfits for leisure activities & special events. 

My wardrobe styling experience includes dressing business professionals, models, celebrities, socialites, housewives & teens in classic & contemporary fashion.

As your fashion consultant I will work within your comfort level to provide you with these wardrobe styling services:

♦ Sorting through your clothing to find articles to keep & discarding outdated, worn-out items.

♦ Organizing your closet for easy & quick access to clothes, accessories & shoes.

♦ Meeting you at a mall, store or boutique to help you make wise, effective wardrobe choices. With this option you can see how the clothes will look, feel & fit before making purchases.  Together we will choose core pieces that will complement other components to create separate looks for different occasions.

♦ I can shop alone with a list you create.  After shopping I travel to you & this way you can try on the clothes in the privacy of your place then reimburse me for the pieces you keep.
